Introduction

Welcome to QRPocket. These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. This website is operated by CELESTIAL BUSINESS SL, a company registered under the number B56911621 at the following address: C/ Juan De Mena Numero 10, 1º Izquierda 28014 - Madrid, Spain.

Use of Service

QRPocket provides an online software service. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You must not use our service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of our service.

Account Registration

To access certain features of QRPocket, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

Pricing and Subscription

Access to QRPocket's online software is provided on a subscription basis for 45.90€ per month. This subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

Trial

We offer a trial period of 48 hours for a reduced price of 1.90€. This allows users to try our product before committing to a full subscription. After the 48-hour trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price of 45.90€ per month. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your member area or by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Right of Cancellation

Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased or from the day of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of services or digital content not supplied in a tangible medium (e.g. CD or DVD).

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to:

  • The delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
  • The delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery;
  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
  • The supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • The supply of digital content (including apps, digital software, ebooks, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
  • The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts;
Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to QRPocket, and as such, are protected from infringement by local and international legislation and treaties.

User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium.
  • Using any automated system, including robots, spiders, offline readers, etc., to access the service.
  • Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email.
  • Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.
  • Taking any action that imposes, or may impose, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
  • Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the service.
  • Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the service.
  • Using the service for any commercial solicitation purposes.
Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. [email protected] does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

QRPocket is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss of profit, interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if we have been expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QRPocket, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the service, or your violation of these TOS.

Governing Law

These TOS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these TOS shall be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Spain.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these TOS at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new TOS.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the TOS. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

Severability

If any provision of these TOS is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These TOS constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the service.
